west side infill housing

The house is located in a neighborhood close to Downtown Buffalo. The area is depressed, though located close to a trendy, artistic district. The house is optimistic, designed for a modern artistic or creative family. The spaces are flexible; the house is divided into first floor living and sleeping areas, with a kitchen between, and a rear second-floor sleeping area. Either of these areas could be used for an office, master bedroom, or children's bedrooms. Partitions are closet storage units, and are movable.
